It's fried fish season! Here are some Louisville area restaurants where you can get your fill during Lent 2021. Many offer dine-in and/or carry-out options.

WHAT: Executive chef Alison Settle and staff will offer Riverence Ruby Trout with cabbage salad and a Sichuan peppercorn honey sauce (gluten-free), Tatanka Truck fried rice and Sunchokes with wild rice and Frondosa Farms Mushroom Wellington with charred sweet onion.

The Fresh Market's Fish Fridays

WHAT: The Fresh Market is serving seafood specials during the Lenten season. Thursdays and Fridays they will offer seafood specials that include, Tilapia Parmesan and Pecan Crusted Trout (Thursday) and whole Atlantic Salmon Fillets (Fridays). Wild American shrimp will be on sale Fridays.
