The Miami Herald reported on Monday that Sixto, James Hoyt and Anthony Bender are among the players who will begin the Marlins regular season at their alternate training site (aka “Fish Tank”). This comes on the heels of Sunday’s announcement that Jazz Chisholm Jr. secured the second base job, beating out Isan Díaz.
This is Ely’s prediction for the full 26-man roster (Ethan leans toward Curtiss getting a bullpen spot over Cimber):
